throw the book at 'em

So when I was in class last week, I was glad to have a very competent teacher.  At the beginning of the class, hen ensured we all got our insanely large textbooks.

Yeah, these suckers are big.  That's when he told us to trow 'em out.... and he was right.  These books go into detail about all sorts of things that, although possibly practical, are not necessary at all to know for the exam.  So when it comes to study guides, I'll stick to the CBT Nuggets videos.

So, as for my week in general, not much is happening.  Gave away my free movie tickets, got a friend a good birthday present, and realized I'm idiot for not going to Lagoon on Friday.  One thing that made my week even better though, was re-discovering the true jewel of the desert:

Man, I'm just the sort that will never find this unfunny.  I remember finding this joint in a secluded section of downtown, and not being able to find it again.  That is, until Friday.   So, when life gives you lemons, give 'em to The Love Machine Co.  Aaaawwwwww yeeeeeeaaaaah.
